As the Account Coordinator at SMASH!, you’ll be an essential member of the team, specialising in nurturing existing relationships with our valued exhibitors and sponsors. Your primary focus will be on expanding and enhancing accounts, ensuring their continued success and growth within the convention. With a smaller set of clients to manage, you’ll have the opportunity to provide personalised and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a select group of exhibitors and sponsors, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, collaborating closely with Account Managers to implement successful strategies.
  3. Provide dedicated customer service to exhibitors, responding to queries, and ensuring their experience leading up to, during, and after the convention is seamless.
  4. Assist in processing applications, issuing invoices, and handling administrative tasks related to the assigned accounts.
  5. Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments to ensure timely and effective communication with exhibitors, keeping them informed about relevant updates.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong Communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner. 
  • Ability to work on an individual basis with limited supervision

  • Contactable on a regular basis via email and phone

  • Attend meetings, workshops and activities as required
  • Available for convention days in Sydney, Australia
DESIRABLE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous volunteer or customer service experience
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient 
  • Customer Service Experience 
  • Event Management Experience
