Staff Coordinator

As a Staff Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are a part of the Staff team. The key roles are:
- Staff recruitment
- Staff training
- Staff records
- Assisting the Head Staff Coordinator
The responsibilities of your role, as a Staff Coordinator, include (but aren’t limited to):
- Receive direction from DPC Director and Head of Staff Coordinator
- Collaborate and provide support to Staff Team and Crew Team when needed
- Display appropriate behaviour aligned with SMASH’s purpose and culture
The deliverables that your role could include:
- Attend DPC and Staff Coordinator meetings
- Developing talent acquisition and training strategies
- Participating in team socials with Staff Coordinator
- Assist with recording updates on budget, recruitment status, recruitment campaigns, staff training plans, challenges/issues
- Facilitating staff recruitment
- Running and supporting staff training days
- Managing staff records internally
