General Staff

SMASH! Maid Café is looking for a new General Staff who will work hand in hand with the Maid Café Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator. The candidate is expected to assist the Coordinators, report to the Programming Director, providing a holistic experience for guest and be responsible for non-operational initiatives in the new household

Programming is one of the largest departments in SMASH! as they manage all internal programming administrative duties. From following up with each sub-department to creating the programming schedules for the days of the event, the Programming team plays a crucial role to ensure that the SMASH! weekend schedules run smoothly, successfully and on time. Our department consists of twelve (12) sub-departments which includes Arts, Maid Cafe, BJD (Ball-Joint-Doll), Karaoke, AMV, Cosplay, Fanfiction, Screening, Trivia, Panels & Workshop, Gundam and Main Stage.

Screening Assistant

SMASH! Screening is looking for a new Screening Assistant, who will work hand in hand with the Screening Coordinator and the rest of the Screening team. The candidate is expected to assist the Screening Coordinator, reporting to the Programming Director and be responsible for planning and selection of screening titles and managing screening sessions during the duration of the convention.
