Customer Service Assistant

SMASH! Ticketing is looking for a new Customer Service Assistant who will work hand in hand with the Customer Service Coordinator and the rest of the Ticketing team. The candidate is expected to assist the Ticketing Director in management of Ticketing customer services before, during and after convention.

Ticketing works closely with the IT and Design teams in the development of the SMASH! ticketing experience both online and offline, and in ensuring the expertise of the previous IT&T team is passed on, learnt and documented. You will also take part in developing best practices in customer service, queue management and the general pre-entry experience of the convention. Our department consists of three sub­-departments – Customer Services, Ticketing Systems and Entry Experience. Each department has a Coordinator and an Assistant (excl. Entry Experience).

Entry Experience Assistant

SMASH! Ticketing is looking for an Entry Experience Assistant who will work hand in hand with the Entry Experience Coordinator and the rest of the Ticketing team. The candidate is expected to assist the Entry Experience Coordinator, reporting to the Ticketing Director, to develop, implement and manage a logical and efficient entry plan for the convention, as well as assisting in general ticketing tasks.
